After making these statements you are a Muslim. These two statements enter you into the fold of Islam and all of your previous sins are forgiven.
How can one go wrong worshipping the creator instead of the creation? Don’t make the mistake in believing every word that someone tells you because they hold a title of Pastor, Bishop, Priest, or Imam. You must ask for the evidence, your life and salvation depends on it. In the religion of Islam there are two sources of evidence, the Quran and the words or sayings of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). If you cannot prove that God said it or Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said or did it, then it will be rejected.
We have a chance to get it right now while we are alive. God says that He will forgive all sins except associating partners with Him. This is the only sin that God says that He will not forgive if you die believing that God has a son, or Jesus Christ is God, or a part of God.
I pray that almighty God gives you the courage to accept the evidence and truth that God has no son and nothing has the right to be worshipped except Him. Do not worry about what your friends, mother, father, sisters, brothers, uncles, or aunts are going to say if you accept this truth. They will not be in the grave with you nor will they stand before God with you on the Day of Judgment. That day every soul will have enough concern only for itself. The choice is yours. May Almighty God guide you to the truth.
